You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal or at any time phbey deems necessary. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the PhilSys card, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or driver's licence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbey login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phbey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phbey immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
phbey accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. phbey does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. phbey processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one to three banking hours. phbey reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
Funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to withdrawal restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal is permitted. phbey reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on phbey are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phbey does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
phbey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.
All games available on the phbey Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phbey Platform without prior written consent from phbey.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if phbey has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phbey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbey account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phbey does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
phbey collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phbey implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption and secure data storage. phbey will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to phbey's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
